About Me
Hello! My name is Makenzie Knepp, I am a senior at Roanoke-Benson High School, and I am sponsored by Roanoke Motors. I have a very loving and supportive family, consisting of my parents, two brothers, and one sister. I am co-captain of the varsity volleyball team, and also participate in cheerleading and track. Additionally, I am a FCA leader this year, as I strive to shine Jesus to all I come in contact with.
Outside of school, I am very involved in church activities and my church’s choir. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and spending time outside in my free time.
Overall, I am so excited to be a part of the Woodford County CEO program to learn about business, make new connections, and grow my professional skills!

Easy Eats meals are made especially for those with busy lives or just for anyone looking to make mealtimes a little quicker. With a variety of meal options and portion sizes, we make it easy to enjoy affordable, delicious food - without the stress of cooking!
My ultimate vision with Easy Eats is to share the love of Christ through food and interactions with customers, as relationships and food are two things that people thrive off of!
