Drum Roll: El Paso Gridley Principal and CEO board member Joe Landers came in and spoke to the CEO class on Friday. He spoke about his love of music and drumming, which led him to his career in education. He also talked about how a good leader needs to be able to identify leadership qualities in those around him so that an organization can operate efficiently and effectively.
